Nineteen Hyaku approaches Japanese dining with intention and respect. We believe taste, atmosphere, and hospitality should move in harmony.

From curated chef experiences to our intimate Tuna Cutting events, guests are drawn into the rhythm of the craft. The energy is refined but warm, elevated yet unforced.

An experience shaped as much by presence as by flavor.

OUR FOOD

Nineteen Hyaku’s menu showcases a variety of Japanese delights, ranging from sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and maki rolls to cooked entrees. Complementing these offerings are small plates like dumplings and robata skewers, alongside vegetarian and gluten-free options.
